Tour de France ~ Summer 2010 ~ Stage 9 ~ Passing Chalet Panoramic ~ La Clusaz!

Yes! Tuesday, July 13 2010 sees a flurry of excitement in the Aravis area!

With four climbs on the program, stage 9 will see some of the greatest cyclists in the world pass through La Clusaz Aravis! And Chalet Panoramic has ring side seats!

Tour de France stage 9 in review:

Stage 9 will be the major alpine section following the first rest day.

The stage will start in Haute-Savoie then, after a climb to the Colombière mountain pass, cross the border into Savoie and the Aravis pass, followed by the Saisies pass. The final and most gruelling challenge will be the Madeleine pass that lies thirty kilometres from the finish in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne.

We're getting really excited here at Summer Chalet Panoramic!

The big melt is upon us, the crocus are yawning and begging to show off their vibrant colours!

We can't wait to get back on the saddle, get out on the road and explore this wonderful region of Aravis and La Clusaz!
